It seems that the simplest things are the easiest to forget. We live in a hectic over complicated world, continuously bombarded with ways to to improve ourselves, feel better, have more energy, and be happier. I am guilty of getting lost in the speed of everyday living. I get run down, drink more coffee than I should, spend to much time on my cell phone, and stay up late. I occasionally snap back into reality and try to fix all these things at once when really the easiest way to get back on track is something I do every night, SLEEP.
