3. How is this different from other programs?
Most programs give you cookie-cutter advice. I focus exclusively on adult hockey players, ex athletes and parents, tailoring everything to your lifestyle. Whether you need quick workouts, easy meal prep, or guidance on how to enjoy post-game beers without guilt, I’ve got you covered.
4. What results can I expect?
Most of my clients lose 15-25 pounds in your 3-4 months, see noticeable strength gains, and improve their endurance and energy levels. You’ll feel lighter on the ice and more confident off it.
5. What if I’m a beginner or not in great shape?
No problem! This program is for all levels. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to level up, I’ll meet you where you are and create a plan that works for YOU.
6. Will I have to give up beer or my favorite foods?
Nope! This program is about balance. You’ll learn how to enjoy the things you love while making steady progress toward your goals.
7. What’s the time commitment?
- Workouts are 45 minutes or less, 3-4 times a week.
