Designed for Pro, NCAA, CIS, CHL, Midget and Minor Midget player with previous off-ice training experience. This is a 12-week program starting May 27th, 2019 and ending August 15th, 2019.
Training session length – 2 hrs to 2:15 hrs
** A Strength Coach will be present with your group entire session / Max 8 per group.
Start time- Will be based on age & skill level – morning and afternoon sessions will be available
