Is the program refundable?
– No. All purchases of the Marty Strength Stickhandling Foundations Program are non-refundable.
Is your program a digital DOWNLOAD or DVD?
— This program is 100% ONLINE. so your first step is to click on the links on this page and purchase the program. Purchasing a “Life Time” subscriptions gives you unlimited access to all four levels. All you Need is Internet Access! Download the Marty Strength app to view your program on the go!
Do I need equipment?
— Yes, You will need a hockey stick, tennis ball, golf ball, six hockey pucks, back up stick or cut down one, and hockey gloves (optional)
Is this type of training dangerous?
–Since I’m not physically there with you correcting drill form, so it’s important that you have the ability to watch the video, learn from the drill demonstration and execute each drill with good form.
This program is NOT for people with injuries, illness or any disease that may hinder high intensity exercise.
Can I do this program at the same time as another program or strength and conditioning program?
— Yes. But it is important to monitor your fatigue level. This program is designed to supplement other training you are already doing
RESULTS: WHAT EXACTLY CAN I EXPECT?
— This program is for beginner to intermediate hockey players looking to master the basics and build a strong stickhandling foundation.
— You should expect to improve your control and fluidness as well as endurance with your athletic posture, grip strength, and balance. Results will vary from player to player.
— Remember, you get out of the program what you put into it. You must put in the time and effort to get results.
Is there a minimum age requirement for this PROGRAM?
— If you’re under 18 years of age you must have a parent consent to your purchase. That being said there is not age requirement for this program.
— With all Marty Strength programs If you’re under 18 years of age you should always be supervised by a knowledgable adult who has the ability to help with drill description and execution.
